Northeast Heavy Construction Academy: Doing it Right

There are so many training programs in all different fields that simply do not do it right! Students graduate with a small amount of new knlwedge but not enough to actually perform a new job well. They end up needing on the job training as well. This is simply not acceptable. At Northeast Heavy Construction Academy, graduates are skilled, knowledegable and ready to to take the world by storm as a heavy equipment operator.

At Northeast Heavy Construction Academy, students are trained in multiple areas. The first part of training includes classroom training which covers the basics of the industry. It gives students a general idea of what to expect throughout training and into their careers. Included in the classroom training is safety training. Students are notified of the importance of safety when working with heavy equipment. Without practicing proper safety, lives can be lost and companies can fail.

Northeast Heavy Construction Academy knows that the literal operation of the equipment is hard to teach or learn without actual experience so we have 'in the seat' training for students. Under the supervision of the instructors, students get to operate the machine swhile being taught the ins and outs of operation.

Lastly, students receive career training to benefit their future. They will be assisted with resume writing adn distribution as well as help locating open positions.

Northeast Heavy Construction Academy truly cares about students and their future with hevy equipment. The training they will receive at this school will help them for the present and into the future.
